At feathertap, we offer three ways to create a digital memorial.​ Everyone approaches remembrance differently. Some prefer to work quietly on their own, while others value guidance or full support. At feathertap we offers you the choice of involvement that feels right for you.

  • ​You design and build the feathertap memorial yourself at your own pace

  • As with all feathertap memorials, each includes a structured public page as well as your main memorial space, which you will create yourself. Simply let us know what you would like to share publicly, and we will organise that page

  • Easy to use online template provided, to help you gather and organise your images and text, with suggestions and prompts

​

  • Storage:- Unlimited Text (fair agreement policy), Photos: up to 20 images, Audio: up to 2 files (messages, readings, voice notes), Video: 1-2 short videos (up to ~2 minutes each), Documents: 1–2 files (PDFs, letters, orders of service, etc...)

​

  • Updates, care, maintenance and backup is included

​

  • Hosting for 5 years -beyond that period, memorials can be renewed, or maintained through a low-cost monthly *subscription, anticipated to be in line with typical digital hosting services. Care, maintenance and updates will continued.​​​​

​

  • Provision made for agreed support – Help is available within defined limits, ensuring no one is left struggling when creating their memorial

  • Hosting for 5 years - beyond that period, memorials can be renewed or maintained through a low-cost monthly *subscription, anticipated to be in line with typical digital hosting services. Care, maintenance and updates will continued​

  • You provide the text information, photos, audios, videos etc... for your complete memorial. We will help with content

​

  • Storage:- Unlimited Text (fair agreement policy), Photos: up to 40 images, Audio: up to 4 files (messages, readings, voice notes), Video: 2–3 short videos (up to ~5 minutes each) Documents: up to 5 files (PDFs, letters, orders of service, etc...)

  • Updates, care, maintenance and backup is included

  • Hosting for 5 years - beyond that period, memorials can be renewed or  maintained through a low-cost monthly *subscription, anticipated to be in line with typical digital hosting services. Care, maintenance and updates will continued.

Whichever option you choose, every feathertap memorial comes with the same standard of care and respect. All memorials include a a public page and private page/s, thoughtfully designed layout, security, *long term hosting, the ability to review and make changes before publication, and options to update the memorial after publication and in the future. Support is always available when needed, and nothing is published until you’re completely happy, ensuring a meaningful and lasting tribute created with dignity and care.

​​* long term hosting - feathertap guarantees a minimum of five years hosting for every memorial, with the intention of continuing well beyond that, reflecting our mission to provide a lasting and permanent place of remembrance. After the initial five-year period, families willing to continue with their memorials have the option to continue hosting through a renewal agreement, or a modest monthly subscription that reflects the ongoing cost of maintaining and updating the memorial online. Rest assured that all memorials are securely backed up and protected to help preserve the memories they hold. Should you ever decide not to continue hosting, the memorial will remain safely stored and can be made available again if you choose to return to it anytime in the future.
